Accelerated Change Workshops
Accelerated Change Discovery
Our half-day session provides an overview of the Accelerated Change methodology and an introduction to the approach and tools that will be used during an initiative. Discovery is designed to create a shared mindset for practitioners of change management, project managers, deployment managers, executive sponsors of change initiatives, and people leading or facing change.
Acclerated Change Readiness
Accelerated Change Readiness accelerates the change process by clarifying goals and expectations, building a high performing team, anticipating common implementation challenges and providing a plan and tools to manage them effectively.
The workshop is typically a 2- to 3-day facilitated session, and participants include the change or project management team plus other key stakeholders including project sponsors, steering committees, work stream leaders, subject matter experts and technical resources.
The process includes 3 components:
- Design and Develop. For approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the workshop, we work with you to understand the project objectives, build the required fact base, understand your organization culture and team skill set. With that foundation, we tailor material for the context of the initiative.
- Deliver. The 3-day facilitated session guides participants through a structured process to learn implementation best practices, identify potential derailers, establish criteria for managing the initiative, and make decisions to improve project effectiveness.
- Document. As part of the session the Solleva team prepares an executive summary and a project roadmap outlining key decisions and actions.
By the end of the

Accelerated Change Launch
Solleva Group helps sustain the momentum established in the Accelerated Change Readiness workshop by guiding change work stream leaders and teams through detailed project planning.
